A goal to double ARR within 18 months

ChannelGrabber is largely used for multichannel businesses that sell via their eCommerce site, Amazon and/or eBay. Amongst other powerful features it enables customers to list and manage stock from one place.

Xander Marketing initially worked with ChannelGrabber in 2015 supporting it with a range of marketing. A shift in focus to the product and taking marketing in-house made for the hiatus in 2016.

With the arrival of a new management team in 2017 and the desire for fast growth Xander Marketing was re-engaged in the summer of 2017.

Outsourced digital marketing

Xander Marketing specifically works with ChannelGrabber on:

  • Pay Per Click campaigns on AdWords, Facebook and Capterra. New AdWords campaigns have been set up on AdWords, including remarketing. Facebook is used to remarket and find new leads. Capterra has been utilised too.
  • SEO, both onsite and offsite link building and content outreach. An initial technical audit was created which flagged a number of issues that were subsequently fixed. New landing pages and blogs have been created to target certain keywords and existing and new content has been placed on relevant external websites to both build awareness and generate back links.
  • Case studies A number of new case studies have been written and now on the website.
  • Social media updates and management Daily updates across Twitter, Facebook and LinkedIn.
