Sentelle is an e-commerce provider of soy candles, a healthier, more environmentally friendly and cleaner alternative to traditional paraffin candles.

Unsuccessful AdWords campaigns

Sentelle required an AdWords campaign, with a cost per click of between 30p- 50p, to be developed and implemented to drive visitors to their website. Previous campaigns developed in house had not fulfilled the click through and conversion rates that were required. Sentelle was aware that a fresh approach was needed.

Successful campaign and the tools to run their own campaign

Previous keywords suggested by an external SEO agency were modified and enhanced. AdWord copy was written and the campaign was set up on Google AdWords. Each Ad targeted a different page on Sentelle’s website taking potential customers direct to a product range that may be of interest.

Xander Marketing also advised Sentelle on budgets, keywords, ads and campaign settings as well as how to manage and optimise future campaigns so it could run the campaigns moving forwards.

With an average CPC of 39p the daily budget is consistently being absorbed and Xander Marketing has successfully enabled Sentelle to manage its own campaigns in the future.
