What is the difference between the three packages?
The differences are based on the number of marketing channels we pursue and the amount of activity that goes into each one. Every package has estimated time, the more time we have the more we can do.
Are custom packages available?
Yes. We appreciate all businesses are different and have different needs. Packages can be completely customised based on your needs, goals and budgets. Request a custom package.
Is £1,000/month the minimum spend?
No, however if you are serious about marketing we would recommend at least this amount a month. If you want something smaller get in touch.
What if I want more than the turbo package?
Not a problem. Tell us what you want and we can put a custom package together for you.
Are there any additional costs?
Not when it comes to agency time however you should budget for advertising, pay-per-click spend, software costs (for example email marketing) and printing costs.
If you wanted anything outside of the scope of the package this can be quoted for separately.
Is there a minimum contract?
No. Campaigns are planned 12 months at a time. A 6 or 12 month commitment is ideal however you can cancel at any time.
What results should we expect?
When writing a marketing strategy we would build in measurable objectives. You should expect to see more customers, more leads, more website traffic and build your brand. Channel by channel you can expect:
- Website: More leads and a higher conversion rate
- SEO: Higher search engine rankings and more organic traffic
- AdWords: More conversions, higher click through rates and lower cost per clicks
- Email marketing: Leads, higher open and click through rates
- Social media: More followers and interaction
- Content marketing: More content, positioned as a thought leader. Trust is gained in your business and content generates leads
- PR: Press coverage online, offline and with influential bloggers
- Advertising: Leads, enquiries and website traffic
- Landing pages: More leads
Should we start with a package?

What if I’m not sure what marketing I need?
Simply request a free one hour marketing consultation and we can talk through your options with you.
What if we already have an agency for some of the areas?
Some clients will have other agencies or freelancers delivering some marketing activity already. We are often able to integrate our services with existing providers and strategies.
What happens if we exceed our monthly activity and time?
Slight fluctuations are expected. We track time and activity and usually find that time evens out month by month. If we find we are doing a significant amount more or less than you are paying for we will contact you to discuss how we move forward. Should you need more activity in one month and less in another that again is no problem.
How much time do I need to put into this?
It’s up to you really. The more time you can invest the better, however we appreciate you are busy and there is a reason you are outsourcing your marketing. We would recommend a minimum of half a day a month though for meetings, catch ups, reviewing work and communications.
What activities are included in campaign management?
Campaign management is built into every package and includes client meetings and communications related to campaign activities and monitoring key reporting and analytics.
What if I want something additional one month?
Just ask and we can either substitute some existing activity or quote for the extra work.
How many people will work on my project?
You will be assigned an account manager who will be your main point of contact (and in most cases only point of contact). Specialists will then work on your campaign. Depending on your requirements you may have up to 10 people working on a campaign.
